When you use the contact form and quote inquiries, we process: name and surname, company, email, phone, technical project parameters (facility type, height, m², gas type) and the content of your message.

When visiting our website, we process: IP address, browser type, viewed pages and visit time (anonymised analytics). The site does not use advertising cookies.

Consent (Art. 6/1/a GDPR): processing data from the contact form to prepare quotes and respond to your inquiry.

Contract (Art. 6/1/b GDPR): processing customer data for order fulfilment, delivery, warranty and service.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6/1/f GDPR): anonymised website analytics to improve user experience.

Legal obligation (Art. 6/1/c GDPR): processing data to meet tax, accounting and warranty obligations.

Inquiry data that do not result in a contract: kept for at most 24 months from last contact.

Contract data: kept 10 years from contract end (Slovenian Companies Act, warranty obligations).

Website analytics are anonymised after 14 months.

We share data only with the following categories of processors: contracted equipment servicers, equipment transporters, the manufacturer (Solaronics Chauffage SAS, France) for warranty cases, and accounting services.

All processor contracts include confidentiality and GDPR compliance commitments.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and object to the processing of your personal data. Exercise rights via written request to info@solaronics.si. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
