Business terms.

These terms apply to all contracts between the buyer and Solaronics Slovenia, unless a written agreement between the parties states otherwise.

A quote is valid for 30 days from issuance, unless otherwise stated. Prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. All taxes, duties and delivery costs are charged separately in the final invoice.

Standard payment term: 30 days from invoice. For new customers or orders over 10 000 EUR ex VAT, a 30 % deposit is required upon order confirmation.

Late payment incurs statutory default interest.

Delivery time depends on model availability. Standard catalogue models: 6–10 weeks; project-sized systems: 10–16 weeks from order confirmation.

Risk passes to buyer at the point of dispatch (Incoterms EXW Armentières, France), unless DAP Slovenia is agreed in writing.

Warranty period: 2 years from commissioning (or 30 months from delivery, whichever is shorter). Covers material and workmanship defects. Excludes: damage from improper installation, maintenance by unauthorised persons, exceeding rated parameters, force majeure.

SRII radiant plaques in original installation: extended 5-year warranty on the burner.

For hidden defects not detectable at acceptance, the buyer holds rights under the warranty or under statutory provisions of the Slovenian Code of Obligations.

The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over all disputes. Slovenian law applies. These terms do not affect consumer protection guaranteed by the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act and other mandatory regulations.
